Following recent Government guidelines, we are actively implementing the advice for people to start working from home where they possibly can. We already have the technology in place to enable our employees to work remotely, with secure system access to enable an uninterrupted customer experience.
We continue to action regular services such as cleaning and gardening, subject to the continuance of services from our suppliers and contractors. Furthermore we can only provide the service to manage your property if our management company is kept in funds required to manage and employ services. As this is such a rapidly developing situation, we are meeting regularly to assess the risks to our employees and clients and the appropriate action required. We are providing regular policy updates to our teams, to ensure that they are fully informed and able to take the necessary steps to provide you with an ongoing 24/7 service.
